That sounds exactly like an ACA Allertor or P10 or something

Those 9/12 port FS 500 AT's are likely to be confused with ACA Allertors or P-10/15's when only heard. 10/12 port FS 500 AT's have a more unique sound. Great video btw!

true, since they have the same port ratios as most allertors and the same pitch as them, if one is heard during an ambience it can definiely be confused with the 9/12 allertors.

Sadly according to Bill (amtrak3501) both 500's were replaced by T-128's

This one is still in place, but it has been disconnected so this one no longer sounds for tests or warnings. Their system got upgraded with T-128's in 2017 or 2016 so some of these models have been removed. I know this from the Indiana Outdoor Warning Sirens Map and research

Not necessarily replaced, since they added two T-128’s, they don’t use the 500 anymore, even though it’s less coverage.
