I saw the interview with the actual woman this happened to and she never said that she talked to Ms Brit. She did say that she has been interviewed many times but in Mexico where she lived in Mexico City not at the border where Ms Brit was touring. She just plain out lied about everything.

Absolutely agreed and supported. Mis-information is misleading without the deliberate intention to deceive. Dis-information is lying with the full knowledge and intention to deceive. Britt's performance, whether it was intended by her, or others {the writers and those providing approval and support}, involved the deliberate intention to deceive. She is supposed to have been intelligent enough to know the difference, yet still proceeded to present the speech. Because of this, Britt is fully culpable.
