Fed Rate Cuts Could Start in July
The base case is still 2-3 cuts this year, a total of 75 BPS, notes Peter Tchir. He believes the data and election should prompt the Fed to start in July. He then previews tomorrow’s June CPI print and bank earnings which begin on Friday.
