Pies was on Closing Bell with Santoli about a month ago and was dumping on equities. Even had a statement about him believing the market would be dropping to 4500. And here we are. These guys are ridiculous.

With commercial real estate in survival mode, does anyone really believe that apartment owners will be lowering rates?

Shelter costs are higher BECAUSE of high rates. Trying to fix housing costs via rate hikes is like trying to fix someone's common cold with a hammer.

You have a smooth brain. If rates are cut, prices will explode again. American junkies just keep adding debt at whatever rates and won't let any markets reset including housing. Part of the problem is Biden keeps announcing handouts for consumers.
