The Florida East Coast Railway North Lot project in Jacksonville, Florida totals 41,130 square feet. Duval Asphalt's grading crew is featured in this video as they prepare the area. 10" of asphalt base (100% recycled concrete) will be added to the current base. New drain boxes will be installed before the paving crews arrive on site to pave approximately 5000 tons of 40% RAP 12.5mm asphalt mix.
