Your comments on keeping a minimal bujo really resonated with me. I use mine as one of my top tools to maintain my mental health, and my #1 rule with it is 'you can always add more energy if it's there to spare, but you can't take away energy spent on something'. I've been seeing a lot of bujoers lately getting burnt out on really detailed, extravagent spreads, and while they're really lovely I just couldn't imagine the time and energy that goes into every one. I also really liked your up self/down self letters idea! That's such a fantastic idea when dealing with depressive episodes ♥

and we love you too! just do you...i am pretty sure we are happy regardless of whatever you do, be it more minimal style or a slightly more doodly style. We will just keep getting inspired by you

Omg when u are talking about up vs down self , you described how i am. I dont recognize who the other self is when im in up or down self. Ive been meaning to do something similar w writing it down. I like how you placed them side by side like that.

As someone with bipolar disorder, I LOVE the concept of the "up self" and the "down self." That’s a great way to think about it. It’s hard even for me to recognize which one I am at any given moment, but I feel like lately I’m my down self. Having a letter from my up self sounds like it would be really useful right now, as long as my up self writes it with understanding for my down self. God, I love this idea just so much

You beautifully authentic self is just so heart warming to see! Like yes, no need to apologize to show the real you and for not doing your hair, it's life. It's humanly realistic. Also appreciating how much you've grown in improving your youtube content. Like yes intro, yes to you being so much more confident now in your voice overs, yes outros, you are a queen in growing and reaching for your dreams which is so inspiring

I just love the balance of minimal, functional spreads and cute food doodles sprinkled in. I'm obsessed with food and cooking, it's my hobby, my passion, my escape, my love language... so this is right up my alley :D Also, the notepad grid in your weekly is so nice, might try it myself...

Its not a serious note at all, but kawaii is pronounced w more “ah” sound not “oh”. When pronounced “ko”waii, it actually means Creepy :)
