Does the warning sticker on the back of the unit not interfere with the temperature measurements? It is partially covering the back opening of the temperature sensor.

Thank you for your enquiry to our KZread channel regarding the Kestrel-3000. With regards to this, the small sticker won’t have an influence here, as this is a membrane type sensor and acclimatises to the environment surrounding it and the sticker won’t affect this.

Hi , andre from holland.I recieved my 3000. Every thing works I think, but I can't set up time, the screen of time cant blink I think. Do you have a tip how I can adjust the time? Thanks.

Hi Andre, Great to hear. To adjust the time, use the left and right arrow keys to navigate to the screen that displays the time. When the time is on the screen, press and hold both the left and right arrows for around two seconds until the time begins to blink. Use the arrows to adjust the time. Each button press will move the time up or down a minute. To move through the time a bit quicker, you can press and hold the buttons. When you have finished setting the time, press and hold the left and right arrows at the same time for around two seconds. You will return to the normal display mode. Hope this helps!

Hello, It sounds like your Kestrel-3000 is in HOLD mode. Press the power button (the middle button) and the button on the left to turn HOLD mode on and off. See video at 2:45 for a demonstration. I hope this helps!

Hi rosco adventures, thank you for your enquiry regarding the Kestrel 2700 Ballistics meter. This unit will measure barometric pressure and has been confirmed with the Kestrel representative.
