The Feast of the Immaculate Conception is celebrated at the Malolos Cathedral with a High Mass followed by procession of the image of the Immaculate Conception, as well as images of patron saints of different parishes in the Malolos Diocese. Preceding the feast day, the church holds a novena of Masses and sponsors cultural shows, talent shows and livelihood training sessions.
