Love love love your picks. It’s fearless, honest and very insightful. People do not know we had more than an hour call last night and we spoke so much about the prelims. We have the same top 5. It hurts to put Cainta and Baguio in the top 6 and 7, but you are being objective and you are putting your personal bias aside. Kudos to you. Missed opportunity for Baguio with that styling & gown. I mean last year Baguio gave us a wow moment during evening gown, but this year, it was a let down. Then Cainta, it was heartbreaking to see her gown, those gold jewelmer, and that red lipstick… I agree that she looks like a movie star than a beauty queen that prelim. Cebu indeed gave one of the best performances, very solid, classy and just on point! No one can deny the fact that she truly is a contender to win. She stayed true to her green gown since her Miss Intercontinental, then Miss Universe Philippines Cebu, then this prelim. I spoke to her after our conversation last night and she told me that she will have the same designer for the finals, Dubai-based Filipino/Cebuano Designer Harvey Cenit. Then we have VVV, who was just mesmerizing and divine in both rounds. She and Taguig are my best in gown. Those eyes are giving me Aishwarya Rai vibe… She blew me away! Then here comes Taguig, one of my favorites to win. It’s sad knowing both her and Kris are only vying for the MUPH crown. Both proved that seasoned queens shouldn’t be underestimated. That Mark Bumgarner turquoise gown was a breath of fresh air. Christi was slaying it. While Tara who is very young suddenly looked old with her gown, here comes Christi who looks so young and refreshing. Styling tlga yung mahalaga. Undeniably, Christi is very very strong! Ahtisa is the safest girl to win. She was superb during Swimsuit. Both her and Bulacan are my favorites during SS. She looks safe too during EG designed by my good friend Michael. I think yes, her tan is not giving her so much advantage. Ahtisa is eurasian and she looks better celebrating her own complexion. Her styling is giving a Miss Venezuela vibe, I hope come finals night, her glam team will give her a better styling especially they have to take into consideration that sometimes her nose is giving us that “witchy” look. Nonetheless, she truly is one of our best bets to win the big prize of the night. Then, here comes the dark horse we have been waiting…. I love her since National Costume and I am truly happy seeing her blossoming day by day… That prelim, she truly peaked in the best way possible. Bravo! If we will be crowning a woman of color, Chelsea indeed should be the choice. That face, her stage presence, her kind character, and that charisma, truly, only blind will count her out. Yes, she is not the most hyped nor has the biggest cheering fans, but MUPH is not a popularity contest. We should give credit to the deserving queens who truly equally fought hard and gave their very best! *** Palawan is also my favorite. What a beautiful queen indeed! Laguna is also mesmerizing, along with Australia. I was not a fan of Southern California but her consistency since NC up to her prelims made me like her. The beauty of face of both UK and Northern California are undeniable. Love them along with Hawaii. I have to praise Zambales, she is very strong too and who knows might really penetrate the top 5. Not a fan of that stone sa back ng gown nya sa may pwet. Adam, please do not feel bad if others do not appreciate your commentary. You are only speaking your truth, your observation as a pageant vlogger, and people has to respect that honesty. Sometimes, we all have different perspectives and views and that’s fine. You gave one of the most truthful reviews, so keep it up and don’t mind those people who has nothing good to say. They do not know the amount of hardwork you all had been giving just to give the most comprehensive coverage.

I can see Taguig winning MU- Stunning. The Latino judges at Miss U (There will likely be a lot of Latinos on the judging panel at MU in Mexico) will like her. Palawan and Panpanga are also pretty amazing.

Same here, she's got that unexplainable QUEEN VIBE that cant be denied, not too sweet nor too fight-mode, a perfect blend. Its not about the makeup, pasarela nor gown but her "being her" that lures you and that's what MU is all about. And her natural confidence and speaking skills are MU material. I've always thought Bulacan is THE dark horse of the whole competition. People are giving Alexie so much attention.... But Bulacan is farrrrr ahead of her in terms of eloquence and beauty. Yes, Alex is exotic and very interesting to look at... She is GREAT for modeling... But this is pageants. There are many different winning factors

Was able to meet the queens in a campaign I have to say Bulacan is so pretty talagang wow factor. She looks like someone you want to become friends with and the moment you need her to look fierce she delivers. Been following her for a time now I remember she modeled for SM Youth?? She has this ethereal beauty. VVV naman is so beautiful and friendly. She interacts with people like me na hindi naman nasa pageant scene. I was a photographer there and she poses and stuff, such a nice lady! Alexie’s aura naman is so strong minsan nakakatakot in a sense na you can’t tantya if you can approach her or not pero I think it’s just her strong character kasi before she left nag beso siya sakin and as I’ve said it’s my first time lang to work in a pageant scene. Athisa is secured naman. She knows what’s she’s doing very professional and talagang focused. Wala kaming interaction and it’s fine kasi nga she’s very focused. Kahit di mo siya kilala you’ll get it na veteran na siya. Taguig has this commanding aura to her dagdag mo pa yung height. She knows what she’s doing, she knows who she is pero approachable siya so I like the balance. Same with Baguio kasi she looks so youthful pero pag kailangan niyang mag fierce ang bilis ng transition. When she needs to work she works talaga. Zambales naman is so beautiful talagang out of all the girls isa siya sa una kong napansin and her aura too she knows she’s that girl.

I feel like her foundation is not matching her skin, the eyes also are too strong and she needs blush. These are just minor things, but can be definitely improved! Another thing would be is for her to savor her moment on stage. Wag masyado magmadali. Idk though baka din kasi sinabihan sila na dapat may certain seconds lang and she follows it religiously. My top 20 picks! Top 5 1. Quezon Province - MUPH 2024. She maintains high momentum from beginning to end. Though not always number one, she consistently ranks in the top five. As the most consistent candidate, she has a strong fan base, numerous social media followers, and performs well on stage. She embodies exactly what MU is looking for. 2. Taguig - First runner up or Supra 3. Bacoor - VVV is my personal favorite, but the other candidates outperform her and shine more. Can she redeem herself tonight and become the next Miss Universe? 4. Maraming Salamat. She really performed during prelims so I had to give it to her. Saka she was peaking at the time. All her turns in a lot of sponsor shoots like Avon, so-en made her a standout . The bragais shoot , which was released a week before finals, was the clincher. She really stood out there BIG time! And then she slayed her prleims performance in that Naomi Campbell aura. I know that famous “know when to peak “ is so outdated but for some reason, it worked on Chelsea’s favor. The underdog who conquered it all 🙌
