Same! This song left a mark in my heart when was around 5 years old that doesn't know how to play Test Drive 6. All I know is I love the song when I was a little boy (still love it now as a 27 yrs old) and I told my self when I was little when I grow up and reach 30 that I can buy a sports car and this would be the very first music that I'll play after I buy one. Now thank God that I am able to sort things out in my life and I hope soon that I can fulfill my childhood dream God willing.

Gary has aged 25 yrs on top of this video and still looks incredible at age 65!!Numan and FF are 2 of my greatest artists of all time!🖤

Takes me back to Dreamcast days. Test Drive 6 had Playstation 2 graphics and world-class sound in early 2000s. Truly ahead of it's time. This song and the game I heard the song from are a sound from another era anymore.

This re-edit is great, I just wish we had some footage of Gary at the end driving his car (as opposed to being a dead body in the original of his blown up, rusted down car). Still, props for showing love to a song that absolutely deserves it.

Obscure? Cars is Gary Numan's most recognizable song and is hugely influential... and Fear Factory is a metal band from the 90's when metal wasn't as big, but this was one of their biggest crossover hits that got a bunch of airplay during the late 90's

Gary does a live version of this with Nine Inch Nails which is just as bad ass as this version.

Haha thanks Joshy! We thought a little jazz up wouldn't be a bad idea. We only swapped out the original car scenes for new car scenes and basically left the edit as it was which was already amazing!
