That's why they won a design award. My xe had a little design award sticker on the passenger rear 1/4 glass.

Hi Mark, good vid update mate, the LTD is cool. Just make sure that fuel hose meets SAE 30R10 for submersible fuel line hose or you will be replacing it again after it starts dissolving in the tank. Cheers.

Aways used to suffer with mass air flow used to also suck air around the base of it. Remember doing rocker covers on these as well not the nicest job.The black cover on the mass would leak giving a rough idle. Great cars though..

I have an NC Fairlane 302. love it. But I am the only one in the family who does, guess its a driver thing. One thing I have noticed when starting is it does a sort of zip zip , when you turn it on, probably pressuring fuel etc, it you wait for that to finish only a few seconds, it will start quicker.

Its a win, my bf givin me shit startin done coils plugs starter. Think igition barrel, get there least its runnin nice when starts. Thanx

Pop a few Zyrtech to get ya breathing through the hay fever Haltech and a turbo will get the fairlane breathing too😉

Hey mate. Raceworks do a fuel safe foam. I cut a section of it out to take up the difference of the new pump being smaller on my XE efi setup.

I have a efi 250 motor, air flow meter, throttle body ect if u need anything. just don't have the efi intake or injectors

Lookin mint Mark. I still have to fully resto mine but I'm still doing up my 1978 5ton F350 duel flat bed. She is lookin good in gun metal metallic I'm welding up upright stainless truck stacks and will turn her into a tipper slash car hauler. Then I can do up my Fairlanes. 😅😅😅😅🎉 keep up the good content love it cheers.

Good job, hope the fuel hose you used for fuel pump was suitable for being submerged in fuel. Normal fuel hose isn't. Will last for a bit then the fuel will destroy it.

Yeah good comment, because if it is the raceworks 400 series rubber hose it's not submersible.

Are ya using submersible fuel hose? Alot of fuel hoses arent ideal for running in tank. Could explain why its perished a bit and slipped off under pressure?

When your ford won’t run properly you get into your Holden and drive away. I was hoping to see more Holden content but I’ve realised that fords a generally more problematic equaling more content.
