You're welcome!
Great video! One question, is there a way to separate, rather the just expand the audio of a clip? I have hunted a fair bit on the inter webs and I’m not finding it, if it’s there. Thanks again for an extremely useful video!
I couldn’t find the simple border effect, I need it for a slide show? Great tutorial btw!
Great video, i am completely new to video editing. I am trying to learn how to zoom all the videos just fly through it, any chance you could do a video on zoom and adding a still picture to a video? Thanks again
With all the work you are doing, a little coffee and donut tip.

Thank you! I could use some coffee lol.
Thx for a great, easy to follow video
Outstanding tutorial
Thank you for the great starter tutorial. Long time FCP user and I just started using the iPad version this morning and it looks very promising. I’ve always disliked using iMovie when away from the desktop and I look forward to further developing my craft with this app. Thanks again, your videos are awesome!
Thank you so much. Very useful video!
Excellent tutorial! You are such a pro
Very helpful video! Regarding your iPad setup, how much storage space do you recommend (128GB - 2TB)? Concerned about the need to store the entire project on iPad storage. I presume you could export the video and then the project to USB-C connected external hard drive and then remove the project from the iPad to make room for the next project.
Hi Jenn, very good video, you have packed a lot into it, when adding still photos to time line and dissolve transitions, can I set program to have the same dissolve between all shots instead of adding one at a time, it is tedious adding one at a time, I still use laptop and Vegas editor and it does these things no problem
love from india...very informative video dear jenn. ❣💯

It's @JennJager. Plan to post Monday!
How do you do the spinning ‘thumbs up’ ‘subscribe’ ‘ring the bell’ thing. Can you put skins in it. Yours is red. I’d like to do one that is wood grain with a 3D effect of the words being cut into the plank
Thank you so much for this video Jenn. Great and direct tutorial for an FCP starter like me. Just following your lead, I am able to jump in to editing. Is Motion 5 on iPad? Before now, I have been nursing the idea of getting FCP on Macbook, because I wanted to experience the best of Motion with FCP.

No Motion for iPad :/
I been trying to edit a 8k 30fps on my iPad Pro M2 and it doesn’t even playback, but if I open the same Video on the same iPad with Davinci Resolve I have no issues at all, the playback it’s really smooth, If by the end of my trial they don’t fix that I’m gonna cancel it.
Is there no speed ramping?
Thanks, FCP for the iPad looks very interesting for my uses, but I need to test it on an iPad Air with only 256 GB. Of course, Apple would love me to buy a Pro model with 1 TB. Are you going to review the new Motion release? I know, you are super busy with the FCP stuff.

How to import music or songs ?
Would an 11 inch ipad pro be big enough you think?

If you're used to it I'm sure it's fine. It was hard for me to get used to editing on the 12.9in after always using the Mac version, but you adjust.

@@JennJagerPro Thank you. I have the 12.9 (2020) version. Thinking about getting an M1 upgrade, but thinking about switching to 11 to reduce cost. :)
Is it possible to export a video project to another iPad or Mac ? If so, how ? If not I am dumping FCP …..
@JennJagerPro

You would export it to your iPad, and then just use Air Drop to share it over devices.
