Amazing comparison, thank you so much, I never expected such detail comparing abilities per make!! Please continue if it’s not too much work, I bet you did it since you were curious yourself, I also invest a lot more time when I have personal interest comparing and researching Also, since you compare to FC200, I assume multi-prog does all by bench Feel free to ignore this: how important is checksum correction? Is it worth getting Kess/Flex just for that? (I’m a locksmith and rarely do ecu work)

Exactly as you assumed, the first time I entered the menu to see what it can do. I don't enjoy talking about a programmer if I don't know what he does. I had 1 month to return it if it didn't cover my need. Thanks for watching 👍

I usually use it from the programmer. If I write with Flex i use that. If it doesn't work I go to tuning software. They are the best .

Hello YOYO! Thanks for the Video! Another great information. keep up the good work! I have just one question for both programmers. Do the programmers do also a CVN (Calibration Verification Number) Correction when performing the Checksum Correction? CVN is important for the inspection in many Countries now since 2018.

I am working in an EPS rack repair service and am looking for a suitable tool that has EPS module MCU read and write capabilities. Can you suggest a tool that would be a good fit for my needs?

Hi, I have no way to answer this question because I don't know which MCU is in these EPS. You should know better what MCUs are and then make a comparison with what these programmers offer.

It's up to you. If I have to decide I will go for Multiprog, but it's your money you must decide.

I use AT-200 (older version of FC-200) and only need for BMW DME ISN reading. Is there any advantage to this new VVVDI for me and my limited needs? Great video and LOVE the accent!

True. All these aftermarket programmers are Chinese companies. (Launch, Autel,VVDI, CG, Xtool, Topdon, Thinkdiag etc.)

I use the fc-200 and i have a question for you. On a bosch ME7.5 for Audi to do immo off when it asks to load pflash which file do i choose? When i read and save it read eeprom, flash, and extflash. There is no pflash. So i'm a little confused as it loads both eeprom and flash and accepts the file size. Thank you for any advice.

This ECU has eeprom ST95040 external you can read separately . Or you can use eeprom ( DFlash) read with FC200

It will read and write, but not modify the data, they are working on custom scripts that can do things like that in a click, but it’s not ready yet. Read, send to a file editor person, write

It's a bit more expensive than Vvdi so I wouldn't have a reason to buy something like that. Vvdi multiprog has a very large database when we talk about Eeprom and MCU. The second thing to mention is that I'm not an Android fan of programmers, I prefer Windows operating systems. To be able to modify those data, I always have to export the data to another device and after modifying it, copy it again. for me this is wasted time.
