Seems it's Controlling the weight of the pass, to fall in a predisposed spot, and within a time limit, while in transitions. Repetition to lay it into the subconscious. Along with movement in correct or open positions. To react to similar recognized patterns in an actual game. I'd be assuming that players who will find themselves in similar positions are grouped together.

This is not how he coaches, these are conditioning exercises. The training session is in a context of a game, game like, which is usually not shown to the public

Not how he coaches!? This is part of his coaching. Specific plays, observing, feeding back etc. It's not the tactical aspect but drills are still part of coaching.

This is just passing warm up .Ofcourse they will keep their tactics hush and they also have the other part of their training where they work on their problems.I think they wouldn’t show that to the public either.But Pep has a reputation for designing good drills 👍

This would be a petty regular training at my amateurclub in the netherlands

i still cant believe our small club once had such a massive coach! It usually doesnt happen that the biggest coaches and players come to the bundesliga. It was a wonderful time!

Really don´t know about Guardiola.. many say he is one of the best... but honestly.. BCN with Messi in his prime age, Bayern, a team which have won the last 10 years and is Germany´s richest club with Lewandowski in his prime age and now M. City.. with Haaland in his prime age and a yet another very rich club. Try a challenge?
