Fantastic content, I love it. I do have one input. I stopped caring too much about the potential in too much detail. The lower number is more critical to reduce the chance of stopping growth at 68 for example. I had a guy with potential 65-94. And stopped at 68 even when he was playing. Once it is promoted to the senior team, it is more important to monitor the status as "Showing Great Potential" of "Has Potential to be special" because these dictate how high it can go. Loaning a player for a Month and calling it back may take it from no status to a higher status. I di this all the time to improve the long term growth. Keep up the good work!

It’s feels harder to find high overall youth academy players this year.

Mexico 🇲🇽 Physically Strong CB has been good for me

I found that if I scout goalkeeperd from Slovenia it returns a lot of high potential keepers, I imagine they are Oblak and Handanovic regens, plus there aren't many other Slovenian goalies in the game so it gives you a better chance of finding one of their regens.

I think it's sad that you only have one scout in one country. For example I have a career mode with Ajax and want to scout talented palyers from netherlands. One report for cb, one report for lm and one report for gk would be cool

I dont know if this applies to you guys, but for the first time in fifa history i had 3 players worth 4m £ just by searching specific positions, cb, cf and st. All potential to be special, all above 68 overall

YA players should instantly upgrade to a Playstyle + when they get 85+ rating. If they have one. There should be a level threshold for them to hit before getting the plus playstyle.

I heard they patched the chip play style + a few updates ago. Currently I do not believe anyone can get a play style + ability from a YA player or cpu generated players. Which sucks, imo. They stated that only the “ELITE” players should have it. Well my Japanese RB is a beast and deserves that you jabronies!

I often scout Nigerian CBs, they have great physical stats 🙏🏻

There is currently a glitch where, upon reaching 80 overall YA players have a chance of being granted a playstyle +. This is great, however i keep getting chip shot + alone. This honestly is a massive issue for me as it is both a let down and a break in immersion when your 6' 5 CB who never scored a non headed goal in his life has got Chip shot +. I really hope they fix this glitch, however a couple patches has past and nothing was done.

@omijo3124 correction, at the time you commented the glitch was still there. As of the title update on the 13th February, the release note states "Youth players could have the ChipShot Plus playetyle without reaching the requirement"

Bro i wanna share this, yesterday i started milan career mode and i found a player at start from netherlands. Ididnt even set my youth staff! Position: CDM, CB Ovr: 63 Pot: 92-94 I also found an italian player who can paly rw Ovr: 67 Pot: 83-94 WOW AM SO LUCKY

these are nice, i also like to challenge myself in finding absolute gems in lower tier countries like looking for a ST from China and a CB from Qatar

some other good ones are Brazilian rm or lm,Norwegian physically strong cbs or cm and Argentinian gks

Try Cf brazil maybe and it depends on what kind of cf you are looking for? A good dribbler? A clinical finisher? A pseudo midfielder?

I’ve had great luck with Australian Goal keepers in my Coventry career, aswell as as Argentinian CBs

I always scout Belgium playmakers and get 4-5M valued players almost everytime

0-3 means you can have 0 playstayles you can 1,2 or 3 but can't have 4 and new player can't sadly gain any playstayles

i had a keeper with the "rush out" playstyle when promoted to the sr team, and in his 2nd full season with the club it upgraded to the PS+ rush out. 🤷‍♂

I try Greece and Cameroon Greece is great for looking for a fullback I always find one with great potential like 90. To 94. And. Cameroon I found a physical strong cm with 94 potential so there good nations to try

Trial and Error. With this episode I played it safe, by using the EA top 9 nations, so more likely to get a good player in most positions.
