FBS Cooks: Smoked Queso (Pellet Smoker)

In this video of FBS Cooks, Chef Chad shows you how to make tasty smoked queso! NOTE: In the video, I didn't add green onion (I was out), but in the recipe below, note that green onions are a part of this recipe.
Ingredients:
Ground Beef with Taco Seasoning - 1 lb
Mild Sausage - 1 lb
Rotel - 2 cans
Cream of Mushroom - 1 can
Onions - 2 Medium
Tomato - 1 Large
Green Onions - 3
Monterey Jack - 1 Lb
Velvet Queso - 1 Lb
Recipe:
Mix ingredients in pan, put in smoker at 350 for 45 minutes. Stir once halfway through the cook.
