They also watched over the young miss from China who was also killed at the second bomb site. This was a quote from the Boston Herald... "“Out of respect for the victims and their families,” Armstrong said recently, “we stood watch over those two kids. The deal was they were never to be left alone. And they weren’t. We stood watch through the night and well past 1 a.m. the next day. “We stood there not so much as cops, or veterans, but as fathers. I have five children. Every one of us there that night thought but for the grace of God that could be my child, coming in to watch the marathon on a beautiful day. “And if their parents couldn’t be there,” Armstrong said, “then we would be there.”

@@jspur22when an email is sent to a company or to a user, that company or user is on a server. It can only handle so much information going to it at once. For this case, the FBI set up a special email on a spesific server set for incoming emails relating to the case. When it went online, they received a massive amount of information traffic that the server was not set up to handle. It crashed upon receiving an overloading amount of information. For this accident I'm sure they didn't mean to keep such a small server available, it's just what they could set up as fast as possible.
