The F198 is a medium-sized piano, just under 2 meters in length, designed for living spaces, home studios, classrooms, and small event rooms. Despite its small size, it inherits all the qualities and technical innovations of the larger Fazioli models, making it a great choice for beginners, amateurs, students, and concert performers.
The touch of the F198 is responsive and dynamic, thanks to efficient new mechanics patented by Fazioli.
Paolo Fazioli and his son Luca expressed pride in presenting this new model after 36 years (the last one was introduced in 1988), emphasizing the company's commitment to looking to the future and continuously improving to provide pianists worldwide with new challenges and expressive possibilities: “The piano is not an instrument anchored passively and indissolubly to tradition, but, like any other work of human ingenuity, it must evolve and follow continuous technical and scientific development, without this constituting a betrayal of that glorious past that wrote its history.”

My favorite piano brands. This new model is beautiful. In 2023, I went to Sacile to attend a concert in the Fazioli hall. A beautiful experience that I will never forget.

In una pubblicità di pianoforti di pregio dovrebbe esserci un sottofondo di musica dell' ottocento e non barocca ...il pianoforte è principalmente l' espressione della cultura romantica, poi di altre culture, non rappresenta in primis repertori concepiti per il clavicembalo.... Fazioli fabbrica pianoforti stupendi, purtroppo molto standardizzati, per via del loro approccio ingegneristico e non profondamente artigianali, tuttavia pare non conoscano bene come creare una pubblicità sufficientemente glamourous per un simile mondo... D' altronde il mondo è cambiato, oggi considerano compositore quello che suona con le All Star, non nonno Bach. Mi ricordo una promo loro di anni fa, con un pianista che tirava fuori il suo pianoforte dal garage, e si apprestava a suonarlo in canotta... La prossima direi di farla col pelo di fuori....

C'è anche musica dell'ottocento, difatti. Ciò che si celebra in questo video e nel mondo pianistico non è solo la musica creata a partire dalla popolarizzazione del pianoforte, ma tutta la musica che può essere espressa attraverso lo strumento. Infatti, la musica Barocca, così fondamentale nella storia della musica, rimane ancora adesso un pilastro del repertorio di qualsiasi strumento (persino il sassofono, per esempio). Limitare la musica "adatta" a rappresentare l'arte pianistica a solo la musica del Romanticismo è estremamente riduttivo.

Comunque, credo che una buona e quasi inevitabile crescita dell’azienda, per essere una maggior luce dell’Italia in quanto a pianoforti in un mondo di sostenibilità e concorrenza, radica nel piano verticale da pedale di sostenuto ed una corda, con i martelli separati dalle chiavi, al l’ora del mantenimento. Non so, potrebbe essere una bella possibilità,

Beethoven was not keen for it to be known ,nor did he appreciate having studied with Haydn, yet anything of worth comes of having had masterful guidance. Paulo Fazioli might mind to learn to mention his master Augusto Tallone when laying out the evolution of his reparkable work. Here at least, I do

Hello, what you're saying is really interesting, and I'm genuinely curious to understand who Augusto Tallone was. What did he do? What was his role in Paolo Fazioli's growth? Google doesn't seem to give much information.

@@f52_yeevy Hello ! Augusto Tallone was a piano manufacturer with his factory in Milan. I had the privilège of meeting with him on sevéral occasions through my piano teacher Denise Bidal in Lausanne Who bought two grand pianos from him. He is said to have sîdesteped designing his instruments by agrition of technological avance, but rather did tabla rassa on what has been going on,rethinking the whole process new. One pianist ( perhaps Corto or another European titan ) proclaimed Tallone s pianos to be the Stradivari of pianos. What Tallone was not was a whily business man. What he was ,was an em³nse poet who cared for his instruments as no other, however if any other technition approched his piano you encountered something quite un remarkable. I have sat through a Tallone piano turning of his instrument and ended up in tears. He has a palazzo on the island of San Giullio on the lake of Orta , that holds a festival each summer. I am unaware if they are still ongoing or not. Yes Paulo apprentis with the Maestro. Best regards.
I'm surprised that this video, which is itself an advertisement for the latest Fazioli piano, is interrupted by ads by other companies. Why would Fazioli Pianoforti channel choose to allow 3rd-party ads on this video? (Also, I was amused that the text for the video said that the wheels have "breaks" --- instead of "brakes") Please remove this comment if you fix these problems.

With KZread Premuim version, you don’t have ads. Not happy to pay but happy not to have any interruption.
