After her husband’s death, Mrs. Fazilet and her two daughters maintain a modest life in Istanbul while Fazilet continues to dream of becoming rich. Determined to settle her anger and misery, she uses her daughters on the path to money and fame. Believing that she will be famous one day, Fazilet drags her youngest daughter Ece from place to place. On that journey, they encounter the wealthy and well-respected Egemen family, residing in one of Istanbul’s waterside mansions. Their entrance into the Egemen family’s life will not only change Ece’s but also her older sister Hazan’s life forever. Will Fazilet be satisfied?

With all of this stress and heartache, worry, and anger, I am surprised that Ece's pregnancy is not affected. It seems no one is worried and concerned about her situation, not even her husband. I have never seen her having a check-up, is anyone concerned she might have a miscarriage?
I wish just once someone would utter the truth to the right person!! Why couldn’t Ece say “someone is playing a trick on us!” She has to know that. Why couldn’t Yasin say, I’m not after your wife! She denies sending the text and I believe her.” Too simple?
Ece is so unbelievably naive. No wonder Fazilet is so overprotective.
