Whether Rain is right about Faze or not doesn't change the fact that he's a scumbag. "I almost died." Has nothing to do with her, trying to use that in their conversation is some low shit. I was an addict, so I know he's simply putting off his own bad choices onto others, to lighten the load. Honestly I hope he never has to deal with faze again, hopefully it'll give him some peace eventually.

Wait am I missing something here? The transaction details literally say GameSquare owns 51% of Faze Media with a private investor Matt Kalish putting up 11,000,000 to own the remaining 49%. Soooooo how do Tommy and banks have the keys to Faze again? Creative control and shareholder control are two entirely different things. Has anyone actually taken the time to look at the SEC filings to better understand this because from what I’m seeing faze rain has been right this whole time and the “OGs” just went from one corporate owner to a different one? Sure, being publicly traded and privately owned allows for much more “control” over the direction of a company as you don’t have to worry as much about quarterly statements and investor sentiment but at the end of the day GameSquare could snap their fingers and Tommy, Banks, and Apex are all out on the street? IMO Rain is the only real one and the “OGs” are just trying to set themselves as exactly what they allege to hate, old white men who leach off of the content of young relevant content creators. Again, just my opinion, but it seems like they just want to make money off of the content of younger and currently relevant creators. Despicable. Bit of a rant I know but I hope nobody falls for this and people recognize that the faze we used to love is gone and never coming back. And for the youngins that don’t understand any of this and think faze is really back, if any new crypto “projects” come from Faze Media, run as fast as you can in the opposite direction. Faze had a big attention spike when they announced the people leaving but since then they have done nothing to keep that attention. Their faze channel hasn’t posted literally anything. Videos on individual channels are not how a group works. They need weekly or more then once a week consistent content on the faze channel. But it’s now too late they missed their window to become relevant again. Faze banks failed again and must go. He has no idea how to be a CEO…I mean ffs he commented to Adain that they didn’t teach him how to do taxes or write contracts…and he thinks he’s a CEO if he doesn’t understand business taxes and contracts ahaha

If you assume that what Rain said is right, then GameSquare owns 51% of FaZe Clan and so the FaZe member shareholders own 49%. If you extrapolate that out to FaZe Media - Kalish owns 49%, GameSquare owns 26%, and the FaZe member shareholders own 25%. So now, they essentially have 25% of the proceeds from the content. It keeps sliding back to the OG FaZe guys reached for the bag, signed a bad deal and got pissed on by people who made these kinds of deals for a living. So they OG FaZe guys backed away and stopped participating with "corporate" and now, they're "back in charge" but still only own 25% at the end of the day if the math holds. It was never about the suits scamming them... it was always about Banks and the others not being happy with the bag they didn't get and now they want a second bite at the cherry. This will end up the same way. Rain was right and is right again.

Little kids watch your channel @thegamerupdate (including my 9 y/o nephew who first showed me the channel) and they shouldn’t be hearing about gambling sites, especially in such a casual manner. Make your money but at least do it ethically. If you’re going to accept money from gambling sites, at the very least put in a huge disclaimer about the risks of gambling. It’s an addiction like any other and people ruin their lives over it. Being willing to casually introduce little kids (and the rest of your viewers) to it is crazy to me.
