Shroud tried arguing this too but he kept it specific in relating it to a controller player making the switch to PC as opposed to vice versa. Most players that consistently play with both like me, become more consistent with a mouse the more a player balances time between the two. Countering recoil with a mouse is rarely factored either as a huge advantage, as I can't laser the M4 while following on controller like I can with a mouse. But I'm also not as good with a keyboard as I am with a controller pad so there's discrepancies everywhere.
