There's actually a charity here in the UK called "Save the Children" which uses a very similar red and white logo to the one that these people are using, if that isn't proof that they're trying to mislead people into believing it's an actual charity, I don't know what is.

Because children are the biggest and easiest target for scams. It's the parents who pay, but marketing to kids is extremely lucrative. Imo we shouldn't be allowed to market ANYTHING to children. Not even toys. We should be forced to market specifically to the parents, but that would require parents that actually care about their kids.

Wow, I found out about Save The Children through the efforts of Marcus Rashford. It's such a great charity, helping homeless kids across the world, especially the UK. You could actually get Save the Children to sue them for impersonating them.

The first thing the description of that video about air pods said when Mutahar clicked "see more" is "Please do your own research" & then something about "validity". If someone does a video vouching for a site but puts a disclaimer in the description telling you to do your own research but hides it under "see more", they're trying to scam you & shirk responsibility for the consequences.

This channel hammered into my psyche to read the TOS as a whole

KSI made a recent video about ricegum and he kept saying shit like “I’m showing off my girl, Bryce Hall is showing off his girl, your wasting your clout by going with normal girls” to KSI. The funniest part about influencers saying "Not financial advice," is that it literally means nothing. Zero, unless they are a registered financial advisor. It won't help them in court. The reason why financial advisors say that to begin with is because they can be liable for the outcomes of their customers' decisions. Like, if I was a FA and someone came up asking me if I should buy XRP, if I gave them an answer and they acted on that answer, then I would be liable in court, UNLESS I told them specifically, "this isn't financial advice." Influencers are not financial advisors. Them putting that in their tweets is just meaningless and pointless. It adds no transparency, nothing. They're still shilling a scam coin and if the SEC ever gets the man-power to come down on them, boy, are they gonna be in some pretty deep shit.

It's the exact same reason why lawyers talking about law also say that this is not advice. They can be easily held accountable. But normal people don't have to disclaim anything, and those disclaimers for normal people have as much power as saying "I'm not racist but..." It just means nothing at all. There can be made argument that they were trying to disclaim it's not an advice, but at the same time argument that them having audience automatically puts them in a public position, disclaimers or not can be made just as easily.

you're missing a big portion of those candlesticks when you're discussing them. The block portion of the candlestick only shows where it opened and closed at for the daily chart, however the thin line above and below the block shows how far it moved intraday, so the swing high was pretty large before the actual selloff
