Can use dex but costumes are built for str that boost dmg%. Depends on your character

@@bloodybeardgaming i dunno thats why im asking u hahaha. U play brutal right? Its either silver sniper is a good build for mecha or just a big bug. Damage is much different from cart. Some one just post a picture compared cart and faw, the difference is so big.
