I am an athletic person and have been practicing sports for more than 15 years. I have tried many diets, in addition to doing tests intermittently, and I have not found the best diet from a psychological and physical aspect like the diet of the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him.

Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "He is not one of us who shows no mercy to younger ones and does not acknowledge the honour due to our elders". [At- Tirmidhi and Abu Dawud].

the food is healthy and its healing i had halal food yesterday and it was the best but i felt the healthiest i have since i moved back home to an infected house....i saw myself looking totally well again without covid for the first time in forever....i know that its healthy but i also think its blessed 🤲🏼 subhanAllah i love the video ... actually i turned to Islam bc i worked with a muslim family that cooked for me ♥️EVERY DAY♥️🥺. the mother cooked me like huge servings of dinner, and put juice, and if they had dessert. they bought me a giant red velvet cake on my birthday....🥺💗 and even the father was a cook and one time he brought me something from the restaurant and was so excited for me to try it....u really cant fake that.....they didnt even have a lot of money....they were so grateful and generous in a job that a lot of people said was thankless hard work. i remember for christmas before i had to move away the mother gave me a cute gift and then the parents were arguing in arabic bc i think she returned their new curtains to get me the presents 🥺😔♥️..... they said they never get sick even if i would show up sick bc they eat barsley....i was so confused ??....bahhhrsle....and they showed me all the stacks of parsley in the fridge lol. they were so funny fr i miss them and bamya is my favorite food now....ican still remember the food exactly.....i remember when i had to move away she said she was doing prayers for me which meant a lot bc i tend to suffer from sihr and no one knew but it helped me a lot alhamdulilah!! then a few years later i was still suffering from sihr and i remembered she said she played Quran for their kindergartener that was aggressive with other kids at school and wanted to be like chucky (lol.which was weird bc they never watched that but it prob came up on the tv) .....so later on actually recently like maybe about a year ago i started listening to ruqya and Quran to stop sihr and found that it worked and i also remember how they were mashAllah .....these are such good people...... i hope they get the highest places in jannah. please.....remember them in your prayers

Allahuma Salli ala Nabiyina" "Muhammadin-"" O Allah send peace and blessings upon our Prophet Muhammad (ṣallā Allāhu ʿalayhi wa- ala ālihi wa-sallam) "The Prophet (ṣallā Allāhu ʿalayhi wa- ala ālihi wa-sallam) said: He who reads a single darood upon me, Almighty Allah blessed him ten times, he is increased ten times in the stages of Jannah and ten of his sins are forgiven- (Hadith Nisa'i) 15. "SubhanAllahi wa bi hamdihi adada khalqihi wa ridaa’ nafsihi wa zeenata arshihi wa midada kalimatihi "- "Allah is free from imperfection and I begin with His praise, as many times as the number of His creatures in accordance with His Good Pleasure, equal to the weight of, His Throne and equal to the ink that may be used in recording the words (for His Praise) Reciting this praise 3 times in the morning will weigh heavier on the scale than doing dhikr from the dawn prayer to forenoon- (Hadith Sahih Muslim) 16." La illaha illAllah - There is no God but Allah" "If everything in the Seven heavens, besides Allah were placed on a scale and the statement "La illaha illAllah" was placed on the other side of it, the statement would weigh more - (Hadith Ibn Hibban and Hakim) 17. Abu Hurairah reported that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: He who says, ‘Subhanallahi wa bihamdihi‘ (Glory and praise be to Allah) one hundred times a day, his sins will be obliterated even if they are equal to the extent of the foam of the sea. (Al-Bukhari and Muslim) 18. Abu Hurairah reported that the Prophet said: He who repeats after every prayer: Subhan Allah (Glory be to Allah) thirty-three times, Al-hamdu lillah (praise be to Allah) thirty-three times, Allahu Akbar (Allah is Greatest) thirty-three times; and completes the hundred with: La ilaha illallahu, wahdahu la sharika lahu, lahul-mulku wa lahul-hamdu, wa Huwa `ala kulli shai’in qadir (There is no true god except Allah. He is One and He has no partner. His is the sovereignty and His is the praise, and He is Omnipotent)Will have all his sins pardoned even if they may be as large as the foam on the surface of the sea.” (Muslim) 19. The Prophet peace be upon him said "Whosoever recites Durood Sharief on me 10 times in the morning and evening, I will intercede for him on the day of Qiyamah." (TIBRANI) 20. Whoever reads Surat al-Kahf on Friday, it will act as a light/protection for him from one Friday to the next. [Bayhaqi] 21. Whoever performs their ablution carefully and then affirms (their faith by testifying): “Ash-hadu an laa ilaha il Allah wahdahu laa shareeka lahu wa anna Muhammadan `abduhu wa rasuluhu; Allahumma-ja’lni min at-tawaabeen waj-a’lni min al-mutatahireen”: ‘I testify that there is no true deity except Allah Alone, Who has no partners, and that Muhammad ﷺ is His slave and Messenger; O Allah, make me from those who repent and purify themselves’ - the eight gates of Jannah are opened for him so he may enter through whichever of these gates he desires.[Tirmidhi] 22. Whoever says: “Radheetu billahi Rabba, wa bil Islaami Deena, wa bi Muhammad Nabiyya” - ‘I am pleased with Allah as my Lord, and with Islam as my Religion, and with Muhammad as my Prophet,’ Paradise would be (made) mandatory for him. [Abu Dawud] 23. Narrated from Abu Hurayrah that the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “There is a soorah of the Qur’an, with thirty verses, that interceded for a man until he was forgiven; it is ‘Surah mulk, Tabaarak Alladhi bi yadihi’l-mulk (Blessed is He in Whose Hand is the dominion)’ [al-Mulk 67:1].” 24. if you memorise the first ten verses of surah kahf it will protect you from dajjal Holy prophet (SAW) SAID: "In three situations if you pray a dua it will definitely get accepted" 1)your body start shaking 2)when you got fear in your heart 3)when you got tears in your eyes The Holy prophet (SAW) also said: "Whoever shares this knowledge he will get a house in front of me in jannah" (shahih bukhari)

According to the seera Muhammad was a semi-vegetarian and rarely ate meat. His main protein source was more than likely lentils and yogurt. And the proof of that is clearly in the muwatta when Sayyidina Umar says, ‘Beware of meat, because it has an addiction like the addiction of wine.’

@@shahinshais1253 yes I think so, they natively grow in Africa and were widespread in the Old World at the time of رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم. I also looked at specific hadiths and they use the same word for the gourd container and the gourd food, so I my conclusion is one of the favourite foods of the prophet of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم wasn't pumpkin or squash but it was the calabash or bottle gourd
