I think you messed up the math with the Biden fact. Biden was born 81 years after Lincoln's inauguration. Biden was still 78 when he was inaugurated. EDIT: I thought you were talking about Lincoln's 1st inauguration.

Talking about July 4th and Presidents; there have been 3 that have died on July 4th (covered in this video) but only one Born on July 4th (Calvin Coolidge).

I feel like nixon was an interesting person. He never gave up on getting that president position.
I started with Mr Terry with his first ever video, and I started with VTH with his Oversimplified Cold War, and history of the entire world
“Dr. President” sounds like an awesome adult swim show
From my understanding, the red flag for people who hurt animals is when there is cruelty and torture present. I would say shooting birds probably isn't an indication someone is a sociopath, (especially for someone who grew up in the 19th century like you mentioned)

Looks like a pirate flag because it is, it’s an unofficial tradition for subs to fly the skull and crossbones when returning to port from successful covert operations. The Jimmy Carter is also one of the few subs outfitter specifically for navy seal operations

0.2 % of Harrisons presidency was his inauguration speech 0.3% if you round up. He served for 31 days 31 x 24 is 744 hours 2 hours were spent giving the speech. and comes to 0.5% if you deduct sleeping hours at 8 hours a day leaving 496 hours awake as president.
Mr. Terry and VTH. ❤️ the more people to input their knowledge on the matters the better 👌
Fellow Vikings fan here! (My condolences! lol). It’s even harder when you live in Minnesota!
I enjoy both of your reaction videos. As a high school history teacher I enjoy learning new historical facts that I share with my students! Keep the videos coming!
man i love this, you guys are both great
I can not believe he just teased a Grossi Possi crossover… I want him on clickbait sports ASAP
Another interesting fact for a couple presidents LBJ- he would have meeting while using the restroom, he was not ashamed with his anatomy, he would have some of his most important conversations while in the bathroom IKE- during his trip through Germany, he saw the Autobahn, which inspired legislation to build the largest interstate construction project in American history
Chris also loathes Andrew Johnson as much as he does Woodrow Wilson.

There are so many fun Ronald Reagan facts. One of his secret service agents was inspired to join the agency after watching the film secret service of the air-it starred Ronald Reagan!
You and VTH are awesome dudes and are staples to what history should be about!

I love how you are both pointing at each other in these.
Calvin Coolidge was born in the 4th of July, by the way.
Also fun fact Thomas Jefferson was so in debt at one point that he sold his private collection of 15k books to the government and this donation is the very beginning of the library of congress
Teddy's ring containing a lock of Lincolns hair is still on display at Teddy's home (Sagamore Hill)
Jimmy Carter is just the best. And he has the best theme song.
You’ve got to watch the old school British show Blackadder, you’d love it
Never thought I would hear you shout out Tom Grossi . I think that the two of you and VTH should do a collaboration video. I would 100 percent watch that!
You 2 are the only historians i follow on youtube. If you had the same knowledge and commentary i would only have to follow one. So i appreciate you both but Mr. Terry is my favourite.

Presidents John Adams and Thomas Jefferson both died on the 50th anniversary of the decoration of Independence. Thomas Jefferson's last words were "Is it the Fourth?" Just as poignantly, John Adams last words were "Jefferson still lives." Adams was incorrect but there was no way for him to know that. President James Monroe would pass away on July 4th 1831 marking the end of a generation.
Thanks Mr. Terry for putting the idea in my head. I actually did the math and found that William Henry Harrison's inauguration speech accounted for approximately just over a quarter of 1% of his entire presidency.
In the times of Andrew Jackson, I believe curse words like "God dammit" would be considered the most severe. Any kind of curse that took Jesus' or the lords name in vain would be considered the worst

Good to see you guys doing stuff together!
Off the top of my head, some of the Lincoln-Kennedy parallels. Both had VPs named Johnson Lincoln had a secretary named Kennedy who warned him not to go to the theater. Kennedy had a secretary named Lincoln who warned him not to go to Dallas. Both were involved in civil rights issues. Both were elected in '60. Booth did the crime in a theater and was caught in a storage facility. Oswald did the crime from a storage facility and was caught in a theater. There's also a bunch of stuff involving the number of letters in their names.

Reagan was a great speaker and really funny. He also manipulated many issues to his advantage like a pro.

Eleanor and Franklin were distantly related, 5th cousins once removed. Really not close enough to snicker at.

I definitely feel like to serve as president you should be almost required to have done a few years on the officer side. Because then you know a little bit more than someone who's never served. Maybe that's just me having been in the military I was enlisted side but I do think that time has long since past

Women started teaching at 16 back then and remained teachers until they got married. Boys tended to attend class only when it was not planting season or harvesting season. I knew that because of suffragette Nellie McClung stated teaching at age 16 - (though Anne of Green Gables and Little House on the Prairie also showed teachers of that age). Then there is the fact that both my grandmother and her sister were teachers at around that age. I knew about the boys part from my mother who was one year the only girl in her "class" and the next, having 4 older boys in her "class." Just checked, Millard Filmore was born in 1800 and his first wife was born in 1798, so there was not actually much of an age difference. And, just as I suspected, the wife started teaching when she was 16. Maybe printing one's name with both hands at the same time very slowly. Which PM's wife was rumoured to have slept with one of the Rolling Stones, while her then husband was in office? Which PM used to attend seances so that his dead mother could help advise him on Government policy? Which PM put a protestor in a headlock knocking out one of his teeth? Hint: His wife attacked a burgler with an Inuit statue.
I saw favorite and presidents in the same title and also saw them pointing to Reagan and was like ay yo hol up lol
This is so "weird" I love it lmao

Barron Trump is 6'7 - four inches taller than his father. He's just recently turned 18 - he was 10 when Donald Trump was inaugurated, so that's puberty for you. Also genes - Melania herself is nearly 6 feet tall, which is up there for a woman, so it's not totally surprising that Barron is so tall.

The story of Edison and Tesla is fictional. The "war of the currents" was effectively over by the time Westinghouse brought in Tesla. And a majority of the "facts" you read about like Topsy the elephant were not part of the war. Topsy's owners hired the Edison company 10 years after the war based on the ASPCA's earlier work with Edison. That work was, in between those two time periods, leveraged for the infamous animal electricutions by an anti-AC electrician, Harold Brown, who secretly partnered with Edison. Their collusion was found out and made the news relatively quickly.
