I love all things CT 😍 Helpful tip, the Hot Lips collection is a mixture of the Kissing and the matte formula, so it just depends on the individual lipstick within the Hot Lips collection. It’s definitely a little confusing... I can see how you came to the conclusion the CT has 3 types of lipstick formulations, but technically she only has 2. Oh and the reason the Hot Lips collection is more expensive (as with her other limited edition lipsticks, such as the red lunar new year and also the new look of love ones) is yes because of the more beautiful, exclusive packaging but also because those tubes can be reused - which is great because now we don’t have to throw away the pretty packaging once done with those lipsticks! Loved this video and your delivery. I have to chuckle over there being so many nude lipsticks to choose from . On some level they all look alike lol. Having said that I’m now working with Yes Honey and Runway Royalty. I’m wearing them with Pillow Talk Intense lipliner with The Sophisticate eyeshadow quad. I plan to wear them with Uptown Girl, too! Tan skin here.

Hot lips isn't a formula type. Its just the name of the collection. The hot lips collection has both the matt revelation formula and the kissing formula. The first two that you talked about Amazing Amal and Walk of no Shame are actually the same formula. They're both Matt revelation. Also the hot lips is more expensive because of the packaging and because its refillable.

You could buy one of the hot lips with packaging and refills and switch them out.

I just came across your fun Charlotte Tilbury video. I thought Nude Romance, Pillow Talk and Very Victoria looked beautiful on you. I just purchased Dance Floor Princess and it is beautiful too. It is a nude pink with something in it that makes it glow when you wear it. Thanks for posting this. Now I want to try Nude Romance. There is one called Wedding Bells that looks pretty too.

i tried, and still got some info wrong... lol.. apparently there is only 2 formulas not 3... she just named a lipstick category a different name.. uhh.. so confusing lol

Well also berry pink aka is usually for people that have cool tone and you have warm tone and it just doesn’t matched your makeup if you wear more of a cooler tone foundation cooler tone eye makeup maybe that lipstick would work but idk 🤷🏻‍♀️ I just know about the color skin tone thing because I am Korean but Asian people we usually go by skin tone and our colors because it saves money so we don’t buy a color that won’t fit us

Exactly. I have all the lipsticks she liked the least and they look so different on me. My skin is sorta neutral-olivish.

I’m pale and pillow talk medium is one of my favorite nudey my lips but better on me. original pillow talk was orange on me/made teeth look yellow. My other favorite is Bond girl but I think they changed the name. They describe it like berry but it’s my lip but better to me, mauvey pinky browny rosy. I have walk of no shame in the collagen bath gloss version because I wanted a pigmented form of that gloss, it’s very neutral on me. The lipstick looks warm pinky red on you. undertones and our lip chemistry can make lip colors look so different! I don’t enjoy the lighter nudes on myself but they look so beautiful on you. CT’s lipstick formula is so awesome, I love everything about it, worth the money. :) I don’t have any of her powder eyeshadow, I wonder if it would be as worthwhile.

Okay so hot lips isn’t a specific formula babe. Hot lips is the name of the collection but it’s not a different formula than any of her others. Hot lips contains both the kissing and matte revolution formula. Amazing Amal for instance IS the matte revolution formula. Others in the hot lips collection like glowing Jen are the kissing formula. So hot lips is not any different of a formula than her others. It’s just the name of the collection. The collection consists of her regular formulas, a mix of the kissing and matte rev formula depending on the shade.

So many of her colors look too orange on me. Pillow Talk has enough pink to look good, but I have many of the colors you showed and they are all too orange or peach.

Yes I have b perfect and it’s very pretty but I also dislike the name.. I wish cosmetics didn’t have vulgar names and will often pass on it if it’s perverted.. Nude Romance looks so pretty on you and I think I’ll give it a try!

I have a med tone, warmish skintone. Love, Bitch Perfect, on my 2nd tube. I cant do nudes, but this 1 is HG for me. The Nude Romance looks great too. I’m picking it up. I tried Gowing Jen, but it was brownish on me. Did not like it. On you it looks completely different, really nice. . I’m liking the original,Pillow Talk lipstick as well.

I think you're very beautiful..!! But the makeup isn't doing you justice ....like most KZreadrs I find are not really so pretty and they do so much makeup they somehow look presentable....but you are the opposite- you have wonderful features!!! Just wish you chose the colors on your face better- they look too warm for you :)
