Good news, the light has been up for over a year now and the spiders haven't budged. Even with the AC vent aimed right at it

Hopefully it goes smoothly if you decide to do it. Part 2 might take a while since there's some other projects I want to tackle first but I'm aiming to have it by the end of the year at the latest

It should be as long as you don't super glue it to the light fixture (which would make it rather hard to change lightbulbs too)

Omg I NEEDED THIS❤️❤️❤️ I HATE MY BOOB LIGHT BUT I CANT REPLACE IT because my ceilings are to short

Ok, so it's been 7 months. How is it holding up? Any issue with the heat of the light against the plastic bowl? I have all of the items already.. don't even need to buy anything.. but I am concerned mostly about the heat since well, it would be something that gets left up pretty much until I make a new one :P

Still looks as good as the day I put it up. Though I do use LED bulbs which don't generate much heat. Can't speak for how it would be for a hot lightbulb
