A commoner Amar (Dara Singh) rescues princess Padma (Mumtaz) when she falls off a horse. Soon after the incidence, they fall in love with each other. Padma's father, the king, initially approves of their relationship but orders his soldiers to arrest Amar when he finds out that Amar doesn't have a royal lineage. Meanwhile, the Commander-in-chief takes advantage of the situation to murder the king and forces Padma to marry him. Will Amar ever be able to rescue his love and avenge the king's execution?

On 29-5-1968 Darasingh defeated world champion Lau Thesz and became the champion. From 1968 to 1983 Dara defended his championship and was undefeated. Dara travelled all over the world for wrestling matches and defeated almost all big wrestlers.
