My dear girlfriend is going through a difficult marriage and her husband has been so abusive for so long, that their teenage daughter has gone off the rails. This is my most favorite song ever. Several artist doing it. Pentatonics do a great version and the person who wrote it - Mark Lowry’s version should definitely be listened to to feel what he meant when he wrote it

I by chance found this song today the 24th, Dec. 2021, for the first time in my life. I've heard so many versions today, and this Father/Daughter duo is by far the very best version I've heard. They both made me have a very good cry, from beginning to end with their voices. Now I can release my sorrow for what I have done, and in what I have failed to do. Therefore my brothers, and sisters please pray for me to the Lord our God.

Having my own baby boy on Christmas Eve, almost 21 years ago now, this song has such a special place in my heart. As I look at the face of my beautiful baby boy, I can't help but wonder what it woild have been like for Mary. Imagine what it must have been like to know you are kissing the face of God. This arrangement could not have been more perfect. It was absolutely stunning as usual.

I don't know if you make these distinctions but for me Mat , your voice is the Cielo while Savannah's is the piano . It could not have been put together more perfectly . You two are my Christmas "Spice" this year .

When I sang the Messiah in college, the director told us that if we really paid attention to the meaning of the words we were singing that we would automatically make the right sounds. I believe that this is the secret to your wonderful performances, that you really embody the message of the songs. The result is that your performances really touch our hearts and souls.

This was absolutely beautiful. Very well performed and I loved this unique rendition.

I love how this song puts you into Mary's head looking at her sweet baby that night. Knowing he was not an ordinary baby. But He would always be her little baby boy. Beautiful job as always.

Mat and Savanna that was just magical, beautiful, mesmerising, brilliant and awesome. The way the video was made certainly made you think of Mary and where our Lord Jesus was born. I have been listening to you both from the beginning and the spirit manifested from your singing has been a true joy, but “Mary did you know” was so touching just now as I listened to it. We have a family member who has serious challenges in life, and those challenges can weigh heavy as we do our best to all work through them But your music always seems to bring back that wonderful spirit; thank you for your talents.

This is probably my favorite Christmas song. There are many different very good versions of it. You have done something not many can do. Take an already powerful song. Calm down the musical arrangement of it, and make it even more powerful. You two, and your crew are definitely Heaven sent. ❤
