ACE4573 It's some backstory of Christianity itself. As a Christian, I know what he and the organization means. The group was named the Iscariot branch, and that derives from a disciple that betrayed Jesus Christ and hung himself, thus going into hell. So the traditions of the organization would mean that his deeds and whatnot would make him go to hell as he is following Judas's ways. Plus, in his speech, he said that they will "launch their attack on hell" when they die.

there are comments decade old here. i just finished hellsing ultimate a few days ago with my dear friend. Andreson's amen became so iconic for us we played it in the background on loop when we did other stuff. we say the -if anyone does not love the lord- quote out of the blue all the time because it is just so funny. we felt so many things at his death. we love you so much. and the voice actor is fucking iconic, we started watching Azumanga Daioh (recommended by the way) because he is in there. hellsing grew to mean so much to me. can't wait to get my manga tattoo. it will probably be AMEEEEEEN.

I actually quite liked their attempts at bringing a bit of English into it. I mean.. it sounds weird at times, but it shows a bit of attempts were made at least. The Voice actor probably doesn't know a word of English. Father Anderson is an amazingly cool character.

I agree. Yeah, people meme about it (I.e. OHH MYY GOOOOOD; HORRY SHIIEET! From Jojo), but it does show they are indeed trying to do good, even if they aren't fluent English speakers. Its...kinda one of the reasons why I prefer subbed over dubbed anyway. The dubbed often doesn't have any Japanese speaking, but the OG voicing occasionally has other languages, and I can really respect that
