Spoilers The part about being the closer servant to becoming a Grand Saber is because when we encounter him in the game, Arthur is occupied hunting down a beast which is supposed to be a Grand Servant's duty. It's because Panhuman Mordred isn't like Proto-Mordred. If I remember correctly, Proto-Mordred was described as basically a full-blown yandere for Arthur and makes normal Mordred seem absolutely normal by comparison when judging their relationships to their respective fathers. Even Arthur can't believe how our Mordred acts with the experience he has with his own.

As a King, he is Arthur Pendragon, Saber Class Servant of Ayaka. As a Knight, he is Arthur, Grand Saber and the arch-nemesis of the 666 beast. A holy sword user. Known throughout history yet also a stranger. He's the loneliest man in the entire nasuverse, just because people have only seen him once or twice doesn't mean you have seen it all. Even in the trial quest, you only see 2 worlds that he's gone to or actually 3 (meeting Romani). But have you ever just stopped and think, how many worlds has he gone through before that? Honestly, if he wasn't as patient and good as he is. He'd either be the strongest Avenger or an entirely new class [Despair]

Is it me or do I feel sadness and love radiating from Arthur’s theme? Arthur loves his Camelot very much, but he can’t prevent it from falling. As a result, he wants to turn back time and make sure he isn’t proclaimed king because he thinks someone else is more qualified. In order to do that, he has to fight, even though he doesn’t want to. That’s how I understood it anyway.

Hot take: Tbh people that compare Arthur with Artoria and said that Artoria is superior bcs she has more interesting stuffs than Arthur is weird because...you're comparing literally the face of the whole franchise, I mean like, a huge chunk of the whole Fate series is basically rotating around her, with her nearly left-behind prototype design that barely has any material or story about him. Technically speaking, Prototype is its own canon! Just like Fate/Extra and Apocrypha; It's not that it's non-canon, it's just not part of the main continuity.

"Openly they go about saying,... that in the end, they will have it all; by means of Arthur, they will have it back... They will call it Britain again."

Hope they will add this theme for Arthur NP in FGO

Why do I think of Arthur's NP sequence when this is playing? Like, as Arthur uses Excalibur, releasing the Seals he reflects on his life. At the end of the music here, then he reflects on Fate Prototype about his former Master, Ayaka before firing off Excalibur.

You have to remember that, studios in Japan only did what they think will sell to the fanbase or attract more potential fans. They switch king Arthur gender at last minute (good call from Takeuchi and Nasu 16 years ago) since Proto Arthur with Otome game-centric would probably not sell as good as just regular galge. Bringing back Proto Arthur to FGO is also based on fan request, since there's no 5 stars male saber in the game. Female FGO players love it and good receiving from male fans as well. Honestly, Proto Saber own OVA would be not bad, but I think that Musashi story probably has a higher chance of getting anime considering her contribution to Lostbelt. In addition, Jalter and Salter's story in Shinjuku is also a prime candidate to get anime. Hopefully they would announce something after Solomon singularity.

@@ryannguyen7466 I think Arthur will play a big role in LB6, what with him pursuing beast 666, Camelot being the sixth singularity, and most likely the sixth lostbelt, as well as the 6 restraints needed to be lifted for him to remember excal's name, so I think that if he is the Grand Saber, then his trial quest and probably prototype as a whole might have a pretty good chance at getting an OVA

It's really interesting how Sakurai took Nasu's original (now "what could have been") F/SN drafts and fragments and turned them into her own thing. Something non-canon out of something that could have been canon.

Y'know the more I think about it, Arty is most definitely having some sort of role in Lostbelt 6, especially considering Castoria's existence and how bad things are there, especially with Demeter basically confirming Primate Murder is in 6 then we most definitely will have to see Arthur, no matter what world he is traveling to, to find 666, I really don't think the Britain Lostbelt being basically nothing but fire and Magical Beasts is something Arthur can just up and ignore, who knows maybe 666 is there as well? There has been some pretty solid theories Manaka is there and knowing how Prototype goes down, it is very possible

@@Mrsarioc keep in mind that Lostbelts are pruned histories, other timelines that shouldn't technically survive and flourish, so another Primate Murder could technically be there, plus iirc, Demeter told Beryl that there is a creature, that if matured enough, would cause death and kill everything in sight, this is exactly like Fou, Fou has to "mature" to become the Primate Murder

Here the list that might get adaptation based on interview and internet. 1.Fgo/Camlot Singularity (Done) 2.Fgo Babylonia Singularity (Done) 3.Fate/Hollow Ataraxia 4.Fate/Stay Night Heaven's Feels. 5.Fate Prototype (maybe will not realease) So far 3 of it already got adaptation and we only need 2 more...But Fate/Prototype a little struggle since they said that they have no material to make it.. Like what???No materials???.Damn Nasu can make lots of interesting storyline in fgo and other fate anime but how come he doesnt have any mats for this anime???

Natsu might be drunk on popularity and money so he may not feel all that motivated to write large manuscripts like he was in the past. That, or he may just be getting old, he has over 20 years of experience as a writer.

If you honestly wanna know the truth. Fate/prototype was what fate/stay night was supposed to be. As the term prototype suggests It was his first story. Nasu only ever wrote the characters He never officially wrote out the story. This is what I've heard and the information has been confirmed on a few articles based on interviews with him. In the future we might potentially get to see a fate/prototype anime adaption Just don't expect anything till Till the Camelot fgo movie is out and the Babylonian fgo anime is done airing. All the stories will be tied together in due time.

@@FoxtailVA Well the story seems to already planned out as in Arthur's trail quest, he seems to be in Avalon and the second war was already over. This means that he had done what he have to do and able to move on. Considering the quests, he might appear in the Camelot Lostbelt as one of the key servants, like a guide for Chadela.

@@FoxtailVA The hack you're talking about, Shirou can't be based on Proto Cu, his personality is based on no one that come from Prototype. His ideal and morality of mankind is the same with Arthur's just without the thought of "Bring back Britain".

@@redsky6823 he's a limited Servant you can't roll on regular banners, unfortunately, so you'll have to look out for any rate up banners featuring him in the future. Of which I'm not sure is when.
