The funny thing is I legit think he never knew you could do that. Cause gameplay wise the only thing you can do is charge up a NP or make it so your servants can keep on fighting. Ritsuka: You mean I can use these command seals to do whatever I want!?

I honestly find it kind of strange. Their similarities are only surface level. As soon as Mordred figured out how seriously fucked up Caenis was I'm sure Mordred would hate them. For all Mordred's bluster she is still a proper Arthurian Knight and would not abide a r*pist and tyrant like Caenis.

Under the Fate System all you really need to qualify on the morality scale is a desire to not see all of mankind wiped out, or at least enough honor to obey a servant contract. A lot of the Oni ate people, Columbus was a mass slaver-rapist, Kiara tried to make the universe her massage wand, and Avicabron turned a child into a golem core. Even David had one of his own elite soldiers murdered so he could get with Solomons mom, and Artoria was going to put her wife-whom she had no love for and only married as a political gambit- put to death for having an affair with Lancelot, contributing to the complete downfall of Camelot. Q lot of "Heroes" were just not very nice people. But up against world ending threats like the Beasts, with a chance to form real bonds and free from the constraints of their often terrible lives, a lot of servants can and have become better people than they were in life.

Many a Nasuverse mage would have few qualms about using command spells for selfish or amoral purposes. Even Gudako would likely use them for silly reasons. If I remember correctly Moriarty says that Fujimaru is good but he allows evil to exist, he always tries to understand a servant and reach a compromise, he rarely used the seals to command a heroic spirit unless when asked to, like with Spartacus in the Chinese Lostbelt.

But, in the exact same order, the same people summoned or were partnered with: Kakashi Hatake (Naruto) as Assassin X, Jade (Mortal Kombat) as Lancer X, Agent Texas (Red VS Blue) as Archer X, Qrow Branwen (RWBY) as Saber X, Kenpachi Zaraki (Bleach) as Berserker X, Gandalf the Grey (Lord of the Rings) as Caster X and Megatron as Rider X (specifically from the Transformers Prime series).
