They're definitely not major ones, and I don't think they're minor ones either. But the design on the back is from Persona. It has the mask. Persona is Latin for mask. That's why the mask is on the cards.

The first few being your past, then the next few your present, then the next few are your future. The joke in this short applies to Tarot because many cards that seem horrible to get actually have positive meaning (the "Death" card is the most well known example of this, meaning rebirth and new beginnings rather than literally dying.) Whereas some of the more innocuous sounding cards are some of the most negative ones. If you treat it like a silly hobby rather than literal divination, it can be a fun way to gain perspective, like a more in depth version of those paper fortune tellers.
