Fatass bully cop gets owned at Walmart!

"Fat cop, fat cop, watcha gonna do when he comes for you?"
The following occurred on 4/2/1016, 7:26PM, at the Walmart at 8923 W Military Dr, San Antonio, TX.
As I was leaving the store, a greeter asked me if I had a receipt to which I replied "Somewhere" and kept walking. This prompted Officer Stay-Puft to shout "SIR! YOU NEED TO SHOW YOUR RECEIPT!" as loud as he could at me. I refused and he told me I wasn't leaving the store until I showed him my receipt, which is an illegal detainment (he later changed his story on this when recording started).
I told him I don't consent to a search of my private property. He claimed the property isn't mine until I showed him a receipt (he changed this when recording started as well). I refused again at which point he said I could leave the store but I couldn't take the basket with me, while refusing to stop blocking my path of egress.
At this point I had enough of his harassment and started recording. Things quickly went south for him after this, culminating in him battering me several times, hiding his badge from the camera, and refusing to identify himself. Clearly he thinks he is above the law and doesn't think he needs to be held accountable to the public.
A call to the Walmart manager revealed he is J. Ibarra from the Precinct 4 Bexar County Constables Office.
This is an absolutely shameful way to treat a customer who just spent $200 at their store and shops there nearly every day. Walmart and the badged goons they hire have no respect for the privacy of their customers or their right to refuse to be searched by anybody without a warrant, PC, or RAS.
I served four years in the USAF as a firefighter and disabled myself defending the Constitution. I never waive my rights and if I say "No" to a search that should be the end of the story without exception. I hope everybody involved is ready to be famous!

    A store person tried to do something similar to this to me in the parking lot for no reason. They thought I stole some beer, but I paid for it and I had the receipt. He didn't ask, he simply grabbed me. He got laid out in quick order. No I didn't punch him. Reaction. Martial Arts kicked in. Hokkaido/Jujitsu type move. I left and nothing happened to me as the cameras caught that I was only defending myself legally. I have no issue showing a receipt. This guy is blowing up a nothing situation.

  • @keithturrill1709

    @keithturrill1709

    You have the right to decline the store policy at any time and walk out the door. It is not law and the most they can do is tell you take any property that you paid for and leave and not come back. Walmart could solve this problem if they avoid automatic self check-outs and placed no store merchandise for sale between the cash register and the exit. It comes down to some billionaire dipshit in Bentonville, Arkansas being to cheap to properly staff the front end of the stores.

Making a wage slave employee check the receipts of the wage slave shopper perpetuates the notion that poor people are guilty until proven innocent. He already purchased his items, that is now his private property. Walmart does NOT have a right to search your personal belongings, UNLESS they suspect you of theft (in that case they better have you on camera because you can sue if they falsely accuse you). They do need a warrant to search your shit. If you want to get out of there quickly then you have a right to consent to an illegal search & be on your way. You may not like this dude, but he is correct. Also there's signs in Walmart saying this premises is under surveillance, so they do not have the expectation of privacy inside a Walmart, you may film them if you like.

    +Bob Papadopoulos there are many stores that check receipts. I don't see why people refuse to show it.they were not saying they were stealing it's just a way to protect their business. plus sometimes cashiers forget to scan items so that's a way to prevent losing profit. it's so damn fucking simple. but of course it's Walmart and people love to criticize everything that has to do with them.

  • @bobpapadopoulos5476

    @bobpapadopoulos5476

    Listen, I would most likely show my receipt also, but in a strange way it is conditioning to give into authority. I don't mind people that know their rights and choose to exercise them. To be honest with you, if we all exercised our rights more often there would be less invasion of privacy. Think about the gov't openly saying they record our conversations and store all our texts. There should be more outrage about that, but everyone says ah it's not affecting my life so be it. When in reality we're letting them get away with anything they choose. IMO, it's on the same line as letting walmart check our personal belongings. Walmart has no right to check our bags, if they suspect you of stealing then they have to accuse you and they better be sure if they accuse you (because you can sue them if they falsely accuse you). A little long winded, but I don't completely disagree with you. I just think that if we constantly let them get away with more and more invasion of privacy then America is lost forever. The constitution has been under attack for a long while, especially by the standing president.

    I would have tried to leave, grant the pig the opportunity to touch me, than immediately call the police and charge him with battery, of course through the process of a civilian arrest. when cops come tell them I just placed him under arrest and I expect you to place him in cuffs. he is not on duty, he is working as a private citizen for a private business. if the pig was not even following Walmart policy (which is what it is, to prevent lawsuits for things such as this) and is granted by the state with strict and narrow guidlines, he is not doing an official(police power) action, nor a employment role as theft prevention loss, he his committing battery. as a theft prevention loss officer he uses the same laws as I would...a civilian arrest. thanks I would contact corporate and ask to be compensated.

    Nothing Triumphs the United States constitution ! Dos not matter what policy It Is, What rule It Is, Or If It Is private property. Yes Walmart can obviously make their own rules and regulations to protect their store & property. But When your on U.S soil you have to abided by the law of the land. For E.G; Everytime you go Into Walmart they are filming you and watching your every move. They have a right to do so because It Is protected by our constitution. So that means they have no right to stop you from filming - Works both ways.. All they can do Is ask you to leave. Just because Walmart Is a Super Rich Chain dos not mean they can stomp all over the Constitution. If you don't know this as an American citizen you must be a very Uneducated Individual. And what's so bad about standing up for yourself and not accepting peoples bullshit? I know theirs some people that Just follow blindly and do what ever their told.. Like Robots, But theirs some people in this country that actually care.

    +Jononutoob One thing is for sure: he clearly doesn't KNOW the Constitution. I think our friend here is very confused. The fact he thinks people deserve to be abused for shopping at a store he doesn't like tells me he's probably still a teenager.

    +Grendelbc In a nutshell, this is what it's all about. If the nation boycotted walmart for a month it'd probably collapse, and that would be a good thing. Just sayin'.
