Great reaction video guys! Love this channel.

I love Aamir. He showed how disciplined he is with this. But to be fair it was a bit easier for him because he was already fit before gaining weight in the first place. Also if your body gets used to being fat it becomes harder to change it because of physiological and hormonal changes. In his case it wasn't that long so his body hadn't changed that much. Still he was fit before so the guy had already put a lot of effort into his physique.
