If this episode kept going, I’d be listening to Joe tell stories for hours on hours. He’s legendary, humble, genuine, raw, hilarious, animated, very NY, & extremely entertaining. I’m NY biased & he’s an amazing storyteller. Anyone who came from the 90s & remained successful up until now is a different breed. His ability to adapt is underrated. 💪🏾💯

This was a great episode. Fat Joe is a storyteller for real. I could see him at a fireplace and the youngins gathered around him listening to him tell these amazing stories. I could see him being heralded as one of the greats from The Bronx. Living Legend. Terror Squad stand up!!!!

Fat joe is the best guest on any show, his story telling is best in the game he’s so passionate about everything S/O the 🐐💯💯

Chef is correct! It takes about 80k to startup which includes compliance. The price of food trucks went up during the pandemic because so many people had to close their restaurants. I went to Concession Nation in Deerfield where they build and sell food trucks. Not only did the price go up but it now takes 6 months to a year for manufacturing.

Fat joe was a great guest! Two fire episodes back to back… The pivot bar that chef dropped was hilarious.

​This is 1000%, Joe! I asked Joe on a yacht once, how does he do it when he lost everything? "You ain't there anymore!" His advice still helps me! Stay grounded and make sure everyone eats! Thanks, Joe!

Joe is so genuine with a great vibe up from the north. One of my fave podcast ive seen and guests ive seen.

This show gets better and better ever time I watch it . I love the extra details and room of opportunities they are given.

This episode is why I haven't unsubscribed, but I support both podcasts. Great advice and support to the chef!

I would have preferred a NFL playoff episode but Joe was dropping gems throughout the entire episode.
