Another week in the vault!!!! This week my kids are more involved in my workouts and daily routines. It has been a good week, training wise and eating wise. You already know the goal, be better than the day before.

Ey bro I want you to get there! If your weight has still plateaued around 175 in week 4 it means you’re not in a big enough calorie deficit. You needa track n count cals bro it’s the only method to be sure you’re in a caloric deficit to burn fat or else all your hard work goes to waste. Have a set meal plan daily, then depending on what your weight does adjust accordingly 👍 Eg: 2500 calories daily, if your weight decreases after every 1-2 weeks, stick with that number until it plateaus. When it plateus drop cals by 150-200 n repeat. Obviously never drop calories too low as it’s not sustainable, 2000-2500 I’m sure will be a solid number for you to lose a bunch of fat. Don’t forget that muscle is denser than fat and your body composition will be changing even if you’re not seeing a shift on the scales.

Man Toko. Watching You, JS, and David doing this for yourselves and for your families is inspirational. I've come a long ways down from 400 pounds(I think thats 180 kg, but not sure). Been a little down lately as I keep finding myself struggling to break past this 260 weight, and stay below it. But seeing how positive you are staying and remaining focused is great motivation for myself to keep at it. Malo e feinga Toko!

Loving these videos uce! Truly inspiring watching you on this journey! It’s also cool to see both sides with both working out as well as your nutrition and seeing you be mindful and more intentional with what you eat! Some snacks that I have tried which might help is having some sugar free jelly and popcorn (lightly salted)… like you bro, I can eat heaps but trying to put focus on eating calorie dense foods so that I can eat high volumes with low calories so you can achieve a calorie deficit at the same time. Love and appreciate the videos, can’t wait until Week 4 comes out! Love and support from the UK!

Good work this week. Great way to think of it that youve done your deposit in the morning and are ready for the day. Does it make you feeel more awake and productive throughout the morning? Love how your girls are so with you in this - except they can eat nachos and you cant 😂. Hope you get answers for your ankles this week.

My bro, as a former big dude myself, you need to stop strength training and focus on cardio related workouts. Boxing, walking, running and bodyweight exercises. Also, do stretching and mobility work. Us big dudes don't need to build muscle with weight training, we need to lose the weight. You're almost being counter productive. Weight training to add muscle when you need lose the fat.
