@@wpdev. The usefulness of your strategy entirely depends on the situation. It works for websites you have in GSC. But it does not work for websites you don't have in GSC, eg. all the social profiles, citations, press releases, backlinks, etc. that you are building. And you'll usually want these indexed as well for your branded SERPs, reputation management, etc. For these cases there are only two options: tier 2 links or third party indexing tools. That's something that makes sense to include in a video about this topic for completeness.

All this is a complicated and waste of time becauseif you have a good content Google search console will index you, so why all this long process?

Sometimes it's not that easy to get even good content indexed. Especially after the March core updates.

I know it may feel like a long boring process but why wait for automatic indexing, this process is like a catalyst for fast results and we do it too!
