GTA IV you can drive north on Mohanet Ave (past Brucie's apartment) and there is a small gas station there you can drive into. My test for that one was around 24 seconds, so slightly faster.

For GTA VC, Running on foot or scooter with two wheeler glitch will be faster to get to the water Gta 4 can also be a bit quicker if you bail on the road

It might be possible to die faster in III with the glitch called megajump. I don't know if it would work on the bridge though (the glitch is also only possible on PC because it needs the replay system so it'd also be platform restricted)

GTA 5 has a mission before Franklin and Lamar. The actual fastest way to die in that game is to not switch to Trevor when the guard grabs you.

Back in the childhood I played Vice City and I had a bug in the prologue. When the white car turned at the corner in the end of the cutscene, it flipped over and exploded. Then the game crashed. I think if you reproduce this bug somehow, it will be the fastest way to "get wasted" in Vice City :)
