Nah y’all are for sure hating. This dude is smashing this trip out. Yes, cutting corners, yes unsafe. But when you’ve been in the trenches and you know how many things can mess with your performance that are out of your control: waiting on replens, dropped pallets, take a shit etc. you have to do whatever you can to make that time up because you rely on that performance incentive to provide for your family. If you can do the dangerous shit safely because you have exceptional awareness, muscle memory and experience then carry on!

I pull a 160+ everyday. While being safe. Just safely pull as fast as you can on every order while being safe. If theres no traffic I can pull a 200 on an order. But sometimes a lot of things will slow me down and I’ll pull a 150. But yes warehouses give u plenty of time to be safe in most cases

Its good to bust ass and make incentive but give it time and the company will raise the standard and everyone will have to work like him. If everyone worked at the same pace, and goes overtime, you will make more in the long run. Your back will appreciate you more. You are easily replaceable by a new 18 yr old kid. The ones that bust ass and raise standards for everyone are always the first one to quit when they couldn't do that day in and day out. Been there 20 yrs as a teamster, now a state worker, make more, don't do shit all day, no body aches and pain, go to sleep happy, and every weekend off.

I hate being an outbound loader because the physical demands of the job. Loading goods onto outbound vehicles often involves heavy lifting, repetitive motions, and working in potentially uncomfortable or cramped spaces. This physical strain can lead to fatigue, soreness, and an increased risk of injury, which can make the job challenging and unpleasant over time. Additionally, if the workload is consistently high or if there are unrealistic expectations for productivity, it can exacerbate these physical demands and contribute to feelings of frustration and dissatisfaction with the job.

Keep it simple. Pick a job you can see yourself doing from looking at job activities, learn the skills needed for the job, and if you can learn this without needing to go to university then do this as you can learn everything online. But some require uni like med school. Pick something high in demand in your area of residence, learn the skills, choose 2 jobs related to skills be great at these specific jobs. Rather then 10 jobs you can be ok and make it harder for you to get a job because you're not being in depth.

@@brandonh9016 yup that's exactly what he said and all I wanted to do was whoop him haha.. but luckily the company was a big help and gave me time to heal and he was fired 2 weeks later for hurting someone else because he was driving the Barrett fast and didn't stop to look both ways on the cross lane and ran into a new hire

Your paycheck isn't gonna get higher. It's still the same. Employers don't care about anyone. You grt injured. Guess what? They let you go and find someone else. That's why I prioritize my own safety. I will do my damn job but not at the cost of my own health.
