Stopped at the Island Pig , a few days ago, the burger there is a must have. My wife and daughter said its the best they EVER had! Great vid, and the Island Pig was a great Place , Great food and Excellent service!

I saw that restaurant a few weeks ago for the first time and tried to stop, they weren’t open yet. Will show some support next time i launch from that area. Can’t wait to try it. If I see the owner I’ll tell him you sent me. Always look for new fishing buddies too rich. if you ever want someone to pitch on gas for a day offshore and help clean afterwards hit me up.

And with those mahi.....they will eat at least 3 separate lures on 3 separate rods. So just because they break you off doesn't mean you lost ur.lure.or your fish. I know that from experience. The are veracious fish.

What is your knife for filleting?

Expirements at my dock with all the hooks we use and the light wire tourney circles we use disintegrated in 5 days, the heavier demon circles we use on wrecks and deep bottom lasted 2.5 weeks only. So these hooks were sitting still while those stuck in a fish are moving thru the water which as we know creates electrolysis so I feel those would be gone even sooner

What filet knife is that?

It'd be great if some enterprising hook maker would create some 'guaranteed to rust in a month' hooks.

lots to be said for less on the boat. you were getting spooled by a sailfish on light spinning gear and these guys were strolling around like they were walking at the park. you had a dude tying leaders in the way, i guess they were very important leaders?

Rich, a comment from my chef friend... don't fillet the fish if bringing it to a chef, just scale and gut it, and bring to chef, so they can decide which cuts to use... you loose too much of the tasty parts when you fillet.
