Incredible skill, extremely fast and efficient, fantastically clean working environment plus the rice and eggs look amazing. Then he puts all of that well made refined food onto the plate and then proceeds to DROWN it with what looks like the equivalent of half a bottle of Tomato Sauce and half a bottle of Brown sauce... I wanna taste the FOOD at the restaurant, if I wanted to I can drink a bottle of tomato sauce at home.

When your country cares about the freshest top quality products, then its even delicious to eat them that way. I'm sorry your country has terrible health inspections, and people die from food poisoning everyday. I would be scared too. But Japan its safe, cause farmers and workers actually care about delivering good product.
