I've been going to the Pod regularly since the Summer Nationals 1994 and I haven't managed to run a car down the strip yet. I've walked it many times. Took a 1988 Fox body 5.0GT Mustang to a Run What Ya Brung in the mid 2000s. Drove down from Cheshire. Got to Wellingborough and it started pissing down. Continued to rain solidly all day, and then we went home.
