Yeah too many are nervous spazzes that just add to my stress. After trying many kinds over the years, whispering and slow focused attention are all that work for me.

I love how she said "welcome back" every time, she knows how much we love that little sentence

my favorite part is how many times we get to hear her say "wercome back" its so lovely id also like to just appreciate that even though its the "fastest amsr", TingTing doesnt overtly rush in each clip, theyre just shortened full videos for the most part and i really love that, sometimes the fast movements and rushing can be anxiety inducing

You have the perfect asmr whispering voice and I love your accent. I appreciate that you’re never too loud, you do perfect amount of speaking, and the triggers are never too intense. I still, after listening to you for over 3 years, get tingles from your voice and can fall asleep to your videos because they’re not too aggressive and you don’t do any annoying layered sounds. Your pauses between sentences are perfect - they calm me down and actually help me fall asleep. Thank youuu! ❤

She was the first asmrist that I watch when I was diagnosed with depression and insomnia. I’m doing good now but I’m really grateful to her because she really put me to sleep. I can’t say I’m cleared of depression but I can definitely say that asmr helps me fall asleep especially Tingting’s. Thank you much love.

I’ve never understood the idea of fast or intense ASMR. It’s the opposite of calming. Usually. Thankfully, here we are in the hands of a skilled professional and it’s not rapid at all. Just little snippets. Lovely.
