I started playing disc golf knowing nothing about the proper technique, took me few years to find the proper way to throw but my had shred my shoulder during that few years so bad i had to quit playing. Some hella expensive procedure might get me back on track but i can't afford one atm. So kids always remember to do that stupid boring warmup routine beforehand and get into playing with someone who knows what they're doing.

its injected in the middle it called a sprue, need to cut it off once you get it out of the mold.
