I'm a Nichiren Daishonin Buddhist. I've been chanting Nam Myoho Renge Kyo since 2006 and i've have been an SGI-UK member since 2007.
I created this channel to help us all in our Buddhist practice, with audio to chant along to, Buddhist Study - my take on Basics Of Buddhism & The Gosho - as well as Inspirational Quote Shorts Videos, my monthly podcast, Daily Gongyo live feed & videos which show an insight into my life - me being silly, more often than not :)
I am Autistic with ADHD, and the chanting videos help me in my daily practice. I also have two other KZread channels - Dark Screen Meditation - which i started to help us all relax to ambient music & sounds. I also have The Power Of Serenity, which is where i'm showcasing ambient electronic music that i've written and recorded.
