    Love your content! Always gets me thinking! Speaking of... from a defender in soccer or CB in football perspective, in addition to running forward with the jab step to the side, you could add in running backward with a side jab step.

    A suggestion is a warm down after a game. How long should you wait ? What should you do? Maybe high school level and older if different. Love your videos and use a lot of what you share with my son when we train Aussie Rules.

    Thanks for the video. I'm a 63 year old, son to be 64, who has no fast twitch muscles. I do competitive action shooting. I'm hoping these exercises will help me move faster.
