Most of these characters went from low level street racers/robbing DVD players from semi's to now all of a sudden they're basically government secret agents. I still love watching all of them, but they definitely turned into cornball action flicks with the later films lol. This happens when you try to stretch something out for too long instead of just letting it end.

@@AsatorIV tokyo drift is the 3rd movie in the franchise but it is actually set after the 6th movie, that's why han is still alive in fast 4, 5 and 6.

This is the one movie that managed to go crazy just enough to be entertaining but stayed grounded enough to have true emotional value. It remains to be the best of the franchise, the best of both the old and the new.

Hobbs and Shaw and Fate of the furious was pretty good.

One of my favorite scenes in the entire franchise watching them all come together. Notice how Dom and Rome never shake hands. Thats exactly how the characters are. I love this scene watching Dom and rome

Roman was fearless but they made him act scared for comedy....which I respect but at the same time, still wished he was a little serious. He went from "guns, murders, and crooked cops? I was made for this bruh" to "I can't do this homie" & "we need to get the hell out of dodge. That could have been my forehead man." 😂😂😂. But I can understand the transition, in part 2, it was just regular street racing and trying outsmart bad guys, along with driving the car into the boat. Sequels later they fighting military trained killers who got assets to tank, they parachuting cars out of a plane, going into space, yeah Roman didn't ask for that lmao

Dom heard about Rome from Brain when they did the job together that cleared Brain's name the first time. Probably was told "He's crazy but in a good way" as he'll do anything for the right amount of money, which is why Dom brought up the score to bring him back right away. Rome heard about how Brain let Dom run, which rubbed him the wrong way after Brain left him high and dry when they were still young, leaving Rome to get busted by the cops as Brain went on to join law enforcement. So to meet the guy your oldest and closest friend let run after he let you get busted probably rubbed him the wrong way at first. Like "What makes him so special?"
