Hi, Are you able to use this at charging stations? I'm new to electric motorcycles and am considering the FXE, but would like to have the option to charge it on trips to another city.

Yes, typ2-plug can be used at most charging stations....

Exactly what I’ve been searching for, I’ve got the same bike and want to make this same solution. Do you mind sharing the components you used? So hard trying to find this stuff out.

I’ve found the charger on Ali but they need the following info - can you help at all? please send the following infomations to us (1) battery type: (2) number of cells in series: (3) capacity of battery pack(AH): (4) The maximum charge voltage: (5) AC input volt and plug: (6) with CAN or enable:

Yeah watched it a few times, set mine up slightly differently though with everything wired into the bike. Got a few ideas from your vid though 👌🏼

Am I the only one who does not know the cables he used. I don't understand on doing such a great video and not listing a detailed parts list. Just leave us wanting to do this and having to do extensive research to get the same info as was shown in this video but no elaborated on.

Hy Larry, I just used universal Typ2 Plug and added two swiss cables. It's important to use correct resistors to allow charging on charging stations....a switch is also needed on plug to start charging-process....see www.hoelzle.ch/shop/products/ladestecker-typ-2--32a-240415-vac-weiblich-lkstyp2fs32a
