Remember he almost won Indy as a Rookie ... and doing the co-comment after retirement he sounded exactly the same like hereon .. its really worth to have a look at the old races with Lloyd Ruby Texas boots in hand and tough Joe Leonard black flagged . Sir Jackie is just a treasure of times :)

Even though Senna was my favorite racer from this 80's era of F1 racing, I have to say that the 1986 & 1987 Benetton B186 & B187 cars are my favorite despite being mid markers in that time.. that 900HP Ford V6 Twin Turbo sounds amazing!

B186 had the BMW four pot and it’s dustbin lid single turbocharger in it...

One of the best automobile documentary films I've ever seen and great to see the lad on track in different cars, whether it's an open wheel racer, a sports protorype or even a rally raid car.

Brilliant, thanks for the upload, I'd not seen this before. I wrapped a 21 Turbo around an electricity pylon many years ago, totally the car's fault.

What an amazing insight into the characteristics of various racing cars, and the mind of a world class racing driver.

Newey probably took Jackie's advice when he went to Williams later on.

45 mins of Stewart bitching about every car he sits in. The guy is faster than I gave him credit for though, even in F1 cars from 15 years after his retirement and with 3x the horsepower.

Bitching? He gave heaps of credit to the the good points of each team and car. Beside, it would’ve been habit for him to try to iron out the poor points when testing a car. I know I wouldn’t give and kudos to somethings that rubbish 😝

Being a 3x world champion in his time and winning more than a quarter of the GP’s he was in clearly meant he was not only fast but he knew how to make a car faster and easier to drive better than anyone else.
